A Steinway Experience

Dr. Brian Felix and I traveled the Steinway factory in Astoria, Queens for an experience we will never forget. Thanks to a generous donation to UNC Asheville, we got the royal treatment as we selected a brand new Model D for our department. Not only did we get a chance to play and choose from a great variety of beautiful instruments, we got a full tour of the factory, and saw just how much work goes into the building of these instruments.
