Was honored to speak to the Asheville Symphony Guild about William Grant Still, Harry Burleigh, Antonin Dvorák, George Gershwin and Will Marion Cook in advance of its "Roaring Rhapsody" concert this Saturday, Feb 12th. Great group of people who are doing a lot for our community, e.g., their Music in the Schools Program.
